Early career experiences were significant. New plant startups and established companies provided a base in which I had the opportunity to implement Kaizen (Lean) strategies. As a result, I have leveraged Kaizen / LEAN techniques in non-manufacturing companies, especially technology companies, to facilitate transformation frameworks and performance improvement.
As an expert in customer retention, expansion, and selling value, I have an unwavering commitment and focus on optimizing the customer experience. Every touchpoint with the prospect or customer has a significant impact and can always improve through organizational performance.
The employee experience and its impact on customer experience is a critical area. I help organizations to understand the impact on company performance and how to leverage the best while upskilling the team.
I believe that a solid a 'North Star' strategy with organizational alignment and operational excellence will turbocharge the success of any organization regardless of their starting point.
Outside of work, I am also a non-stop seasoned DYI (Do it Yourself) home renovator to the benefit of my family and friends. Home renovation projects have a strong parallel with my work experiences. They require planning, strong skills with the proper tools and need a disciplined project approach. The results in my work experience and DYI renovation are rewarding with tangible results.
